About Us

SVMIC Cycling is a cycling team and club that has been created to compete in the Tennessee Bicycle Racing Association (TBRA) race series.  SVMIC (State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company) is the "title sponsor" for this team.  SVMIC Cycling strives to attract Masters level racers and women throughout Middle Tennessee that are passionate about the sport of cycling. Club SVMIC is available to all levels of cyclists that want to learn more or improve their current enjoyment in the sport.  Our riders consist of a wide range of people who are cycling enthusiasts, family men and women, and business professionals from various fields within the business community.

We are committed to successfully managing a cycling team based on the strength of our members. The main focus will be to build upon the success of our Masters Racing Team while continuing to grow our Women's Team. These teams will compete in the TBRA schedule and other area races. The secondary focus will be to build the recreational side over time as excitement grows. All members of SVMIC Cycling understand the importance of advancing the sport of cycling, while sharing the sport with new enthusiasts.
